My name is Kerry,I am the founder of the well established counselling company Heart to Heart Bristol.Through my experience of managing a team of up to 30 counsellors,I have delevoped the skills to guide, support and supervise each team member in ways that are specifically taylored to each individuals needs. 

I am currently a supervisor in training studying a diploma in supervison,which I will complete by March 2021.

I have a background working in mental health sectors before I became a qualified integrative counsellor.This really allowed me to work with a variety of professionals who played a part in supporting one another. 

I believe that all professionals supporting clients or colleagues,deserve supportive and effective supervision.In receiving this within your professional position, I believe it will enable you to carry out your role to the best of your ability.I hope to provide a caring and positive relationship with my supervisess by providing a space for professional/personal reflection and development. 

I will be using different theoretical models and approaches within my work with you. I commit to working ethically as your supervisor as a MBACP.
